Each year the NDECPTA supports several local community organizations through fund-raising and service activities.  Our current community recipients are:

AVANCE
AVANCE is a non-profit organization that provides foundational
education to at-risk children and their parents. The mission of AVANCE-Dallas is to unlock America’s potential by strengthening families in at-risk communities through effective parent education and support programs.

AVANCE -Dallas Programs, with an early childhood focus, include:
• Early Childhood Development
• Parent Education
• Baby University-Located in the Bachman Lake Area
• Parent-Child Book Clubs

Jonathon's Place
Jonathon’s Place is a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. They are an emergency shelter for abused, abandoned and neglected children, age newborn to 17 years. They also have a Foster & Adoptive Family Program.

Rainbow Room
Rainbow Room is an emergency resource center providing critically-needed items for children in the care of Child Protective Services (CPS). Rainbow Room is one of six unique programs through Community Partners of Dallas.
